well im looking for the kind of noodles that are used for jajangmyeon (Black bean noodles) and i dont know what kind of noodles is used.:wacko: I know this is way out of topic but i have nowhere else to ask.

According to the awesome Maangchi, you can find the noodles for this dish by just looking for jajagmyeon noodles at a Korean market :o

She seems to suggest they're a little chewy and starchy, so if you have to substitute, maybe pick up some udon noodles? I don't know much about Korean cooking sadly :(
