Gaming Korea - Forgtten Conflict

Hi, im getting this error when i try to run the game "Korea - Forgotten Conflict". The game is completely legit and the official disk is IN the drive.

ASSERTION failed: "E:\Typhoon\KERNEL\RENDER\DEVICE\D3DRENDDX8\d3d8_render.cpp" condition on line 519 not satisfied

Thats the error exactly. Please help =)

EDIT: btw, when i put the disk in, its says its in F drive. i do have an E drive but it appears as empty.
