Hardware Known issues with 25xx ps3 models?

I bought an untested CECH-2501b ps3 slim model. If there is anything wrong with it I would want to know the common issues with the model to narrow down the issues. I heard slims in general are pretty reliable.

I have this model and I was able to Jailbreak It with no problems
