Hi, I've actually found out why the main menu is different. It seems like you forgot to convert the tga textures to tpc, so the mod textures get overridden by the original textures. It's normal, just go into "movies" and look for TSLRCM credits. If it's there, that's a good sign.
But why? Just play kotor 2 on steam with RCM.Hi I’m using yuzu on steam deck
IF YOU ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS PLAY KOTOR 2 RESTORED CONTENT MOD AND THIS SEEMS TOO COMPLICATED:
Download and extract this to the root of your Switch's microSD card. You're done.
Please just read the opening post. If you don't want to do anything you can find a prepackaged archive in the OP. But it sounds like you just downloaded the framework instead.Sorry for the double post, but I'm having issues with the game crashing and missing dialog. I only downloaded and installed the first file. Am I supposed to do all 3? I was under the impression that the first one contained all of them.

At first I was using just the 3.4 MB one, but that was causing problems on Telos with the random crashes and missing dialog. I put the other ones on the SD card along with it, and now I got past Telos and aboard the Ebon Hawk again without any issues. I will test the other planets, but I think I fixed it.
