Ok this is mock up ive been working on for the last couple of days, my fav game for the 64 on the DS would be amazing and it would work to. Im a 3d modeler and texture artist but i have no exp with code whatsoever (note: the ground and background in this scene are horrible and dont match in terms of color at all but i didn't want to spend forever on that part as of now because its temp.

If you are or know an experienced DS Homebrew coder and are interested then send me a message.

some tech specs being 2 64x64 textures and one 2x2 for everything so far
also the entire mockup scene had under 400 tris (the ds is capable in upwards of 2000 on screen at once.)

This would be awesome if it works out, but it will probably be tricky...

I'm learning programming, but I'm nowhere close to getting this project made, and I have both my Project ? and ROM Hack to worry about. Plus, I compose a lot.

You might have to settle for a pre-rendered 2D game considering how small the percentage of DS homebrew is actually 3D. Finding a coder that knows how to use 3D effectively on the DS would be pretty difficult.

    I don't know about 3D, but 2D pre-rendered could definitely be possible.

i have some knowledge in c/c++ and have worked very briefly with paLib for some simple 2d rendering. never worked with 3d graphics. i dont believe i would be of much use, however, the offers here. >,
