They can both be good brands, it depends on your chosen capacity as to which is better.The only question now is whether I should get a Kingston or Sandisk?
I've no expirence with Sandisk, but my 2GB Kingston microSD (SD-C02G, Japan) runs PoR fine while my 2GB Apacer microSD would lockup at the save points in the game (it still runs ~98% of all other games).
I'd recommend a Japanese made 2GB Kingston microSD (formated to FAT32), just because I know it works for me.
