Hmm... That's weird, the EUR codes is exactly the same with USA. Are you sure your using the 60 FPS code only? And try to remove the 30 FPS code if you have it then test it again.

Sorry for the necro, but I was wondering if anyone had video of it running at 60fps? How well does it handle it? I always liked the 3D version of KHDDD more since the touch screen portion always felt better to me than console.

I've looked for videos of it running at 60fps on a N3DS with no avail, so before I go through the trouble of trying to get this to set up I was just curious.
