Hacking Kid updated 3DS to 4.5.0-10E

I can confirm parental controls don't block updates. I updated my 3ds with the parent lock on it as a test. It is a pretty shimmy thing for Nintendo to do ,but I understand why they want people to accidentally update.

If it's been a month there's likely no update coming. Generally updates come within a day to two weeks for carts.

Damn, they seemed a serious team at first

All the teams we've seen give updates for at least a few months, but 95% of the carts that have come out have died.
