There's already a thread here with patch 0.4 so you're late and outdated.
I don't think this is an older version but like an additional patch...? He did say to use a patched version from TruthKey(KeyofTruth).

It's a different patch made by a different person thats going to have everything translated.

It is not an AP. STOP SPREADING THIS BULLSHIT THAT IT IS, YOU UNINFORMED TWIT I swear I'm going to start berating you people every time this comes up until it ceases. It's not an AP, it never was an AP. An AP didn't cause your hamburgers to burn nor does it prevent you from playing your Xbox games on your Playstation. It's not the reason you can't get a date and it did not cause the World Trade Center attacks. So stop blaming it for things you consider mysterious and do not understand.

Anyways the patch doesn't do anything as far as I can tell. The foremost menu remains untranslated, and claiming the arena is fully translated is silly because it's not. Everything I've seen was already translated in the first patch.

...geez. I just got used to calling it an AP. Sorry. Don't get your panties in a knot. :/

Don't worry. When the USA release comes out, it will have AP. There is about 3-4 months till the release, and I bet Square Enix has already heard, or has the 6.20 plugins that allow us to play the JPN version of Kingdom Hearts:Birth By Sleep currently. It would be a very unwise move to release a popular game with no AP, because they think that we need to update to OFW, 6.20, so I'm expecting that they will implement AP, and still force users to update to OFW 6.20. Basic knowledge*

What makes you so sure?
Normally, when developers bring games out, they don't change the AP.
Or in this case, add AP.

In this case. I can't be sure, but it would be a wise move, for the developers. Let's say you own a worldwide company, and your going to release a popular game so you can make profit. You then first, release the game in your Japanese area distributor. Your Japanese, distributor put's a mandatory update, on the game to a firmware that is yet to be "hacked". The game is released, and a couple months later the mandatory update, is broken. Now, in about 3-4 months your about to distribute the game in the North America region. Would you?

A:Release it, and hope for the best. (Lose money)
B:Scrape the ideas, and not localize it. (Lose Money)
C:Create a better AP (Update, or whatever you prefer to call it) then the Japanese distributor did, and implement it. (Make money for a while, until the AP gets broken)
D:You were aware this was going to happen, and you already changed the AP beforehand. (^ This)

Based on my pure speculation, either C, or D is going to, or has happened, and its not impossible for them to hold back on the release date to do so.

As far as I know, AP means Anti-Piracy. In this case, or any case where a game company tries to prevent you from Pirating their game, it can be called AP. If its designed to prevent Piracy it would be called AP would it not?

I fail to see how it would have stopped us from pirating the game if we used CFW versions of 6.20, but that's just my opinion.

Because.....No one has hacked OFW 6.20? The only reason we are playing the Japanese version is because someone got the 6.20 plugins to work on CFW 5.50.

^ We derail all the time here, methinks. And it was just because I was wondering if Squeenix would boost the AP when they brought out the English version.

Technically, they did the same thing with the DS KH. The Jap fix didn't work with the English fix so I wondered...
