Gaming kh bbs bugs

well i began playing bbs since wednesday and i have 2 bugs
1.i cant acess bbs mirage arena multiplayer its always empty i tried to shut down my router and still enters
2.well i have a save and i can play and it keeps saying i have no save and it loads
