The way we were trying to do it was not possible (and we had the wrong idea), so we're trying something else now. I hope that it will have more success.

question: do you think spoofing the nver checks on NNID connections will need Kernel access ?
If not why not work on that on priority ? If yes, if someone has an exploit do you think they'll release it if it's the only way besides updating for 9.3 - 10.1 people to get access to e-shop, pokebank, etc?

Wait for the downgrade... With it you can use a emuNAND and solve the problem...

Yes, you need a kexploit to patch these checks. And we won't do it first because ARM11 kernel and svc-mode code is not the same thing at all. And because emuNAND exists.
Not sure about that. I don't know their plans. But I don't think they would.
 
The ONLY reason I want cia installation is so that I can have a updated version of smash(my game card that I own) a modded version of smash(projectM0.0005) and blargsnes
Hopefully this will also have eshop access.
