I have 9.9...XD and i want kernel exploit for 3 things: - annoying Nintendo back for their policy on homebrew (XD), keep my 3ds at a firmware level where menuhax is possible, get back access to Pokebank...

On the older version you are, the better it is, and there's still some way until February

same for me but with Pokebank...once I want/feel the need to remove my pokemon from there...I'll update to 10.3 and use Cubic Ninja for homebrew access if it's the only solution...

the problem is that i think that each 3ds has a different copy of Pokebank...i don't think i'll be able to access my pokemon on my brother's 2ds if i decide to update it to 10.3 and download the software...
