Hacking Just update to 5.5.1 from 5.3.2, a few noob questions

1) after updating I set the tubehax dns to block updates but now I can't access http://loadiine.ovh or others anymore. Is there a different dns to set to block updates but use the hacks

2)I've read haxchi is the way to go but It requires a purchase a game from the nintendo shop, am I wrong?

About your FSOpenFile error:

How is your SD-card layout? And some routers happen to have anti-exploit mechanisms built-in which could cause troubles. ASUS is known for it in their mid-end and high-end routers.

Thanks already changed the dns with the ones on loadiine.ovh

i have a 128gb sd from Samsung
homebrew launcher folder is inside apps folder
wiiu-\ apps-\ homebrew launcher
the router is a Sercomm one (given by the isp for fiber connection)

by the way I've also purchased dr kawashima for installing haxchi.
I went to wiiubru.com and ran haxchi installer twice. It keeps freezing with no results

First of all get rid of the dashes in your folder names. Secondly the homebrew launcher folder needs to be "homebrew_launcher"

Same problem I had, format it for fat32 with 32byte allocation and it'll work just fine

a few step forwards, I was able to run homebrew launcher and install haxchi.
now when I run haxchi all I get is -5. I've Read this is related to homebrew launcher not being found. Is it correct? How do I solve this?

almost there. i was trying to load the fox version of homebrew launcher. Now with elf version it is working fine. But then when I try to launch loadiine nothing happens, black screen and console freezes. Is there a particolar version of loadiine to use with haxchi?

I use the latest nightly from https://github.com/dimok789/loadiine_gx2/releases
Works fine for me. I'm using HBL 1.3 I think, but 1.4 should work just the same.
