Hacking Just received my Cyclo... but is this normal?

Okay I just got my Cyclo ( Haven't tried it out yet, Doing schoolwork)
But just to see I put the Cyclo in the slot and noticed once it got to the chip, That I had to use more force than I would have expected to get it in. I can feel a slight bump, which I know is the chip, but I didn't think it would make that much of a difference inserting it. but it did.. So Is this normal?
Its Black if that makes any difference?

Oh and when taking it out there is a slight "hitch" like it gets a little caught on the chip?

It's normal. It has to be tight so it won't fall out randomly.

Okay, Just wanted to make sure by putting it in, that I wasn't crushing the chip or anything

Like any other barely used product the card will fit snugly and a little more easily with each use.

The Cyclo is thicker than a DS game. That is all.

Mine M3 Real sometimes tends to get stuck in when I'm trying to take it out of NDS, so it's a bit tricky to actually pull it out..

But CycloDS that I have doesn't have a chip protruding, and it's going in and out of NDS perfectly smooth, just like a real game..
But your cart should be legit..Many people reported same "problem" that you described..

the sdhc card does have problems fitting the cyclo at first. but it does get easier over time

Yeah, that's normal. The first time I tried to take out my MicroSD, it took me like 5 minutes of prying the damn thing out.

i grew nails just for the 1st few times i had to insert the microsdhc

I assume you don't have the new v3 chips which are physically perfect in every way

almost exact same size as normal cart, fits all MicroSD, and slides in and out fine now
