ROM Hack Just need some help

im trying to find a patcher program for nds roms, but i cant find one, yes i know you need the pds files i just need a program that'll let me patch it, if anyone can help me out here, it would be a great help

sure just type in ipswin in google and it will probalbly be the first or second result but i thought patches are in ips format so mabye that may not work

well im tryin to patch jump superstars, and the program thats on the site doesnt work, unless someone can refer me to a site that has it patched, im still gonna need a program
