Nintendo gonna sue. No way this is not going to be taken down from Steam. That's just a straight up Charizard.
They saw Pocketpair get away with it and thought "we can do that too!" but they forgot to make the mons legally distinct enough.

Their strategy is probably Create buzz by stealing TPC designs, > Redesign characters when you receive a C&D > Launch a game with some conversation surrounding it. Basically free advertising by copying that other pokerip.

Just saw this in my discord and it’s basically palworld 2.0. Nintendo is file a lawsuit just like with palworld. Feels like a weird Pokemon/Digimon hybrid. Who knows if it’ll actually get as many sales as palworld did though. The difference is that their creatures are way too similar to Pokemon unlike Palworld.

Even going as far as to add "-mon" to the title and straight up being like Palworld is on another level. They're asking Nintendo: "hey, see if you can sue us if we copy your homework."

They changed two letters in the games title and literally have Lucario, Charizard, Dachsbun and Meganium in the logo on Steam.

At least Palworld made some effort to try not be such an obvious rip off of Pokemon.
