Homebrew Just downgraded to 9.2. What now?

Hello, I downgraded my 3DS to 9.2 (On the first try , but i have no idea what to do next. Couldd you guys please help me? Things I would like to achieve on my 3ds
-Play Backups/Install CIAs
-Install a CFW
-Setup an EmuNAND
-Install CIA on SysNAND (Cubic Ninja/Homebrew Launcher cia)
Should i use RXtools, pasta cfw, cakes, etc. Thank you
