Hardware Joycon won't charge in atmosphere.

I'm currently running the latest version of atmosphere with up to date patches in emmc.

I'm in a situation where the joycon won't charge from the switch whilst docked or in handheld mode.

They charge just fine in OFW, does anyone have any idea as to what is causing this?

Hate to be that asshole and bump, but this is driving me crazy.

I've tried a fresh install of atmosphere and emmc, and I'm still having the same problem.

Everything else works perfectly BTW.
