I have some games that are not in the csv list, but I would like to download the updates for those games. How can I do that?

Here is the list of missing games in the csv list:

• Angry Birds Star Wars [AGRP52] (EUR)
• Bayonetta 2 [AQUE01] (EUR)
• Game And Wario [ASAE01] (EUR)
• Kirby and the Rainbow Curse [AXYP01] (EUR)
• PacMan and the Ghostly Adventures [APCPAF] (EUR)
• PacMan and the Ghostly Adventures 2 [BPMPAF] (EUR)
• Star Fox Guard [BWFP01] (EUR)

What is "tagaya" ?

Found : Nintendo's server.

it's the server which contains a list of game updates.
This is how the console knows if there's a new update or not, and display a message to update the game at launch.
there is a different list for each region.
Each list has a version number to know if the console has to download the list again or not.

The console only check the latest list, but all previous one are still online, so programs like JNUStools can parse all the versions to find every past game updates and not only the last one.

open the file and look at the latest version number. (today = 1180)

step 2 : https://tagaya.wup.shop.nintendo.net/tagaya/versionlist/EUR/EU/list/1180.versionlist
open the file and look for your game's titleID to find latest version.

Starfox guard : titleID 101BED00 --> no update
I don't know the titleID for kirby EUR.

Problem is that JNUSTool have no update mechanism to download list from Nintendo.

another dev from our irc channel already made one that maschell could use as base (no need to re-think the mechanism), but I don't know if it's helpful as it's not in java.
As least, we already have the format and latest versionlist.csv as base.

I could rewrite the app to generate the csv from tagaya and release it

Trying to get create Meta folders for games that don't have any updates. Is there another way to create meta folders for these? All I have are code and content folders.

You can create "meta" folder by yourself.

Yes can can add an icon, but I don't remember size or name.

Found it:

You just need to add a six character code to the end of the directory name and it will show up.
Like:
Super Mario Bros 3 [ABCD01]
Paper Mario [ABCD02]
Lemmings [ABCD03]


It will not have a picture Icon, but it will show and say no icon available.

If you can find a 176x248 suitable cover, you can save it to the SD\wiiu\apps\loadiine_gx2\covers3d\ folder with the same six characters.PNG and it will show in the Cover view.

If you want to create an Icon, create a \meta folder in the game's directory and save a suitable 128x128 Icon as iconTex.tga in it.

If you want a background, locate a suitable 1280x720 image and save it in the meta folder as bootTvTex.tga

When I click for examlpe mario tennis ultra smash EUR i get this message in text box:

Click on the name then click on OPEN FST then check all boxes then download.
