Homebrew JenesisDS not working

I recently put jenesisds on my acekard2i and it runs the menu fine, but it doesn't so games. The game files are in .md format so I don't know what is wrong.

Far as I know, Jenesis only likes .BIN, .GEN and .SMD.

try renaming your files' endings.
