Gaming Japanese Rock Band game

You know something I notice.. I heard last year they were releasing Rock Band in Japan with different songs (Japanese instead of American) mid last year.. and I haven't heard anything about it since.
Did it ever come out? Is there even a release date?
Is there an ISO anywhere that works on a US Wii through Homebrew? (particularly that last one..)

Because I'd like to play Rock Band with good songs as opposed to ones that suck XD

It's being developed by Q-Entertainment of Japan and is still in the works. There's not even a release date for it yet.
