Hacking Japanese error C1-13878-7

I tried to use the Vita Homebrew browser and it hung on a black screen.

I decided to close the app by pushing the PS button; then, all the folders containing bubbles were displayed as empty. I already had that happening, I usually resolved it by rebuilding the database.

BUT, today the reboot gave me a japanese error message with code C1-13878-7.

Now, when I reboot I get a system software error and the Safe mode menu with only 2 choices available : Reboot system, and Restore system.

The Reboot option brings me back to the same place, and the Restore system option says it will wipe everything from the memory.

Is there any way out or do I have to start the CFW install all over again?

Is it bricked?

edit : Reinstalled CFW, all good now. BTW there are information about Vita Homebrew Browser "black screen" saying you just have to wait, sometimes more than 3 minutes..... should have tried that one LOL
