Gaming Japan System Update Video

I just did the system update for my US 3DS, and I got the OK GO video.
I hate OK GO.
Why don't we get the awesome Super Mario 3D band/music video, with the band playing?

Not all Westerners enjoy OK GO...

Because we didn't? I don't know, you'd have to ask Nintendo why they uploaded different videos for different regions. I'm pretty certain none of us here would know for sure.

From what I remember, it's just a 3D vid of an orchestra playing an SMB medley...

It WOULD have been very cool had they updated it with a 3D trailer of some upcoming 3DS game. Kid Icarus would have been a cool one to do. Or whatever.

I was satisfied with the video, as it gave me an easy out to show my mom (an animal lover) the 3D effect without overcomplicating it.

OK GO was far better for me.....

Yeah I don't like OK Go, but the song was hella catchy, it's a FREE 3D video, so who cares, and best of all, the video was down-right adorable.

An easy ass way to show people the 3D effect.
