FYI the term "jailbreak" applies only to iOS devices. Don't use it as a generic term for modding any system. For PSP, the correct term is either "modding" or "installing CFW" or something along those lines.

I haven't heard of any banning for using PSP CFW.

Is there even online play for PSP?
    Except Xlink Kai.
PSN access, it can be revoked, but I never heard of it happening either.

Yes, there are plenty of games with official online play, and no, I have never heard of anyone being banned for CFW.

Well, to be fair it applies to some PS3 hacks, meaning the early ones which utilized vulnerabilities in OtherOS to "break" out of "Jail" and allowed kernel-level access, but yeah, the term generally concerns an area of UNIX/FreeBSD hacking.
