It's Highly possible that it will be released next year, but thats not going to stop us. We want the ORIGINAL translation, and since the game is HEAVILY influenced by Japan (Shibuya, slang, etc.), It will be slaughtered in the U.S, Probably replacing Japan with "New York" or something similar. Plus, they would remove most of the Dialogue or dub it terribly.QUOTE said:Square Enix will release the US version of It's a Wonderful World for NDS in 2008
Can anyone confirm this? I saw it here: The Magic Box, (Oct 24, 2007).

Yeah, they can't use it because it was copyrighted by some movie. The last thing that hinted twoards it was a representitve saying not to call it "It's a Wonderful World" since it was already copyrighted. But Nintendo Power did anyways, and that's one of the other places of continuing assumptions about it, and if that gets changed in their upcoming games list, then it would confirm it. So let's wait a month or two for full disclosure or something. Or tomorrow. Who knows? That could be it, never played the game but it's sound right..
I also heard that they couldn't use the name It's a Wonderful World in the USA, so it would make sence.
