Right, I've tested and I found the bug, I fixed it by reverting to just copying the file. Make sure you have at least 300 megs of space on your hard drive, as it will extract from a copy of the original rom.

I've tested it with the rom in the same directory and in another directory to the patcher, both times it worked, I get an MD5 of 6805DEC92A8009EBF397E10A687941C7 after patching.

Are we suppose to copy the SUBARASHIKI.nds over to the ds??
When i run it, i just get a white screen on my R4DS using 1.11 firmware.

hmmm...I patched it successfully... I'm not sure how though since I did get the error in the beginning, lol. I basically rename my nds file, dragged it to ndstool. Then did the patching O.o~

loaded on my NDS with the cycloDS and it works fine =D Well, I only tried the beginning, lol.

It's strange some people are getting white screens though...

The checksum of my rom before patching is 8C2F434AE2AE92C4F0E801EEE670063C.

Yes Subarashiki.nds is supposed to be copied over since that's the patched rom. Try running it in an emulator and see if you get white screens that way, because I don't when I patch it.

works for me now as well. I had to do the patch twice lol. First time the checksum wasnt right, so i did it again. Makesure you dont have space for your filename

Yeah, remember ndstool is doing the unpacking, so it doesn't accept spaces.

Patching went fine but the rom is still japanese.

Are you sure you're transferring the right one? It should be called Subarashiki.nds, make sure to keep the files checked on the third tab or it won't replace anything.

So it was this one.I runned it with iDeaS and it didn't run,I got a black screen.Anyway I will try patching it again.
Edit:Finished patching.But when I run the supercard SD patcher and try to patch SUBARASHIKI.nds I always get an error.Anyway I guess it can't be helped.

Hmm I'm not sure why it's not working for you... iDeaS won't run it though, try No$GBA.

Yeah I really need to get an R4 or something soon, as it seems that No$GBA still dosen't want to let me see most of the game, and it goes slow too. But it patched fine for me so I'll assume it works, even if I can't see any of the words, or the colors of any of the characters, or any of the pictures, and none of the battles at all.

I need an R4... or an M3... Or a cyclo... or a decent flash card in general.

Edit: I couldn't see the battle... but I won somehow... Wierd.

SUPER RARE DOUBLE EDIT: I just stopped, as it froze or something in No$GBA (Which probably is the Emu's fault.) but I saw "Scramble Crossing" at the bottom, which I assume is part of the translation, as it was in English, ableit having no color. (Again, the Emu's fault.(I'm guessing.))

How did you patch it? (Exact description please!)

I mean the fight where you have to battle, I knew you had to escape from the first one. (Which I did.) (Then went through the Opening video (With Twister), which was horribly slow.)

And I downloaded it, extracted it, opened the folder, opened the graft.exe file, dragged the rom into the screen, went to the second tab.. or the third, I forget which, clicked on the three period button, chose the patch file, went back to the first tab, clicked patch, waited, and it said "Patching Completed" (Or something like that.).
