It's 50/50 unfortunate for those of us who want to partake but afraid to get charges over a gram. Hopefully by next year we'll have at least some type of nation wide medical status. Unless you're a Florida governor that tends to think an entire state will constantly smell of weed.

My true wish is somehow all drugs could be eradicated permanently

CBD for medical use is legal, weed is illegal but as long as you aren't distributing it, it won't be enforced - hence decriminalized but not legalized
