Gaming Issue Fire emblem echoes Dlc

Well I wanted to buy the dlc Fe Sov but when trying to enter the dlc menu I skipped the error 005-5964, which is apparently a hardware ban so I can no longer have any interaction with the eshop in my 3ds, so I tried to install a company with the dlc to try, when this initiating appears a message that is loading the dlc data but nothing new appears in the game, is there anything that im doing wrong ?

Look like the code has to do with stolen or deactivated credit card.

Well that explains it, I remember that a few years ago my uncle bought me a game for the eshop so the card must have been linked, something must have happened with the card I suppose
