Hacking ISO Tool v1.974 for OFW

Guys. If a guy wants to run an iso on Original firmware then he needs to convert the iso to eboot. But there is a limitation that the iso must be about 700 mb.
Now my question is what is this "ISO tool"? Does it allow for ISOs to run on OFW? Is there a size limit? Do I need to have CFW installed to use this?
