Hacking Iso Title Renamer

Hey all
Im trying to find Iso Title Renamer with no luck at all
Ive found a few versions but none let me change the game id
I found a pic of it

But i dont know what version it is
If its legal could someone post a link to it
or at least tell me what version this one might be
