Hacking Is this usb corrupted?

So, I formatted to NTFS, FAT32, MBR, GPT, did everything I could but, for some reason, any file I put on this 16GB Pendrive just stops working.

It still works fine on PC, it's just "unreadable" on PS3. The thing is, the system recognizes the USB fine, just doesn't recognize the files inside it.

Is it possible that using Linux to format did this?
Can someone help me, please? Thanks in advance
