Hacking Is this the correct place to ask? Selling a brand new gateway card.

My 3DS is on 9.6.0-24u and being new, I thought I purchased it correctly. Instead it was the emuNAND Support that was higher and I made the mistake of buying the Gateway when it wouldn't work on my 3DS. I already purchased a Sky3DS so I'm trying to sell my Gateway. I contacted the reseller about it and couldn't give me a refund but said I could sell it here via paypal since you can't purchase gateway cards with paypal. So hopefully I'm asking the right place. If not, could I be pointed in the right direction please?
