My opinion is that the thing is real
Because it can be a leaked update or something
Or someone found an os easter egg
But more likely this is fake
or a bug happened
but nevermind all of that because is more likely probable that is just a bug

its a notification led you can trigger this using the java joycon api if you wanted to test

all serious how you came to the conclusion this is homebrew i have no idea lol we dont even have reliable hello world yet really.........

i dont think you have understanding of how the switch works and how homebrew in general works a notification led is normal on the switch it indicates if you have a friend online or some other notifiction.
a blue led on a console is in now way indicating there is homebrew............*yawn*
