Is this a real Dreamcast broadband adapter?

Hello, I was looking around the web and found a Dreamcast (or I think) is a broadband adapter, it is also bundled with the Dreamcast browser 2.0

That is real, but it's not the broadband adapter. That is the modem - it says Modem and 56K in the listing.

You can also see in the pictures it says "LINE" over the jack and "Required Connector: USOCRJ11C" (RJ11 is a a telephone connector). There is a real broadband adapter, but it says "LAN" over the jack and I believe the part number is HIT-0400. It also will cost you a lot more than $15.

there is also the lan adapter that you want to avoid too, even though it has an ethernet port.

It clearly states modem so how did you mistake this for the lan adapter?

I Don’t know, most of the time on Mercari, people have know idea what they are selling,
So I guess I thought it could be the bba.
