Some months ago I made a NAND backup of my working Wii U. So far I remember, I used the dumper from the web exploit. Because it took so long I turned off the TV and forgot the Wii U. About 6 hours later I came back and it was turned off.

On the SD card I found 15 chunks of mlc.bin, all of them are 2GB except the last one which is 1,7GB. And also a otp.bin, seeprom.bin, slc.bin and a slccmpt.bin.

Is this a complete NAND backup?

Code:
fien@ws52:/media/fien/SD_128GB/NAND_backup$ ls -l

yes, this looks like what we would expect. If you want the check the dump, you could merge it and try to extract it with wfs-extract. Keep in mind, a few errors (<10) are expected, because of the slc cache.
