Hacking Is there an unofficial 3DS patch for R4i Gold 1.4.1?

Since the R4i team decided to release a completely different flashcart compatible with the 3DS instead of upgrading the firmware like other DSi flashcarts, is there any patch or modified firmware I can use to play my R4i Gold from r4ids.cn on my 3DS?

Probably not. Nobody has access to the firmware code so nobody can possible work on it.

Since the R4ids.cn did manage to create a patch for 1.4.1 then it shows pedigree as a patchable card so there is some hope. However I have a feeling that they are going to follow in the majority of R4 card manufacturers footsteps and rather than producing a patch it makes more economical sense to produce a new card as that way they can make more money. Besides who would by a R4 3DS card at the moment with the new firmware update on it's way when odds are you are going to have to buy yet another new card.
