Hacking Is there an application for file sharing?

It has been 4 days now since I have this Cyclods Evolution, I have been adding many files. I noticed that my microsd has some scratches; I am worried about this.
I'm not sure which to blame - the usb flashdrive or the cyclods evo. The topic name that I created is a bit misleading, I actually found an application that could transfer files from the computer to the DS; however, I am having great difficulty trying to configure the setting on the ds and my computer.
Would someone be able to help me configure my setting on my computer and my ds.

The DS WIFi transfer rate is incredibly slow, we are talking about 5-30 KBs which is alright for small files but anything like ROMs or larger files would take hours to days to transfer over.

I have one more question: since my microds is getting minimal scratches, does it damage the Cyclods cart as well?
