ROM Hack Is there an application for dumping DS roms on the 3DS?

I have a couple of games that I'd like to play on my ds flashcart and I know I can download them, but I would prefer to have my own dumps (I have a copy with the obnoxious splash screen - you know the one...)

Can't seem to find the option, I'm running the latest Decrypt9.

isn't there a "gamecart dumper options", 5th from the top (Decrypt9wip 2016/09/19)
I can see it (also I have a gamecart inserted)
