Gaming ....is there a way to modify a save of Leaf Green?

I remember there was a small program that let you read and rewrite a save to a game. Is it possible with Pokemon Leaf Green?

And is there a way to modify it? Thanks.

Julian_89_ posted a program here (in Spanish apparently) that he says works on GBA Pokemon games, but I don't know anything about it or if it works on Leaf Green.
