Is there a way to get the Animal Crossing Island Transfer Tool without Eshop?

Hi, I'm trying to transfer my ac save file on my hacked switch to a new switch, and unfortunately do not have the transfer tool on my hacked switch.

I was wondering if there was a way to attain it or if there was an alternative solution to transferring the save file?

I tried searching first actually! But some of the threads didn’t quite answer my questions / already had the tool installed.

But thank you for the idea, I’ll looking for the nsp download
