there is not. you need kernal access to use FBI. which means you HAVE to have cfw in order to do so.

Well you could gain kernel access (go most of the way to installing CFW) and then install only legit cias with FBI so they will work without CFW. But that's a bit of a waste of time.

.. ohh for the love of pete... just dont go seeking video tuts , your going to get hate real quick real fast if you mess up (videos get outdated real fast as no one updates em as new methods, exploits or issues arrise with such and tend to "include" modified files that can (and in some cases have) led to bricked devices, follow the guide as linked above you'll be fine.
