Im wondering whether there is a ps2 emulator for switch because I want to player persona 3 fes on my switch.

If you need people on the internet to understand the meaning of simple texts - using people on the internet still isn't the way to tackle that. Learning how to understand the meaning of simple text and doing basic research is.
There is a PS2 emulation project ported to the switch. Due to the near impossibility of it ever running any mainstream commercial title at full speed, interest and I presume advances in development are slim to none. And UI is probably still horrible (early development doesnt focus in on UI) - which means for most casual users - that they wont be able or willing to use it.
That said Persona 3 Fes isn't very performance hungry - so maybe.
That you want to PLAY GAME - is information that no one needs, and just serves to underline, that you really are looking forward to 'being serviced' all the way.
And for that this is simply the wrong forum. And doing it short messaging style - waiting on other peoples opinions is simply the wrong method.
And if you've got over 300 postings in a community you are expected to know the search function already. We already have got 20 threads that asked your question.
A forum isn't Twitter or TikTok.

The Switch itself? No, but if you install Linux, you can play PS2 games with a PS2 emulator for linux (forgot the name)

Installing Linux or using the Emulator? i don't know how to do neither of those. I just know it exists.
Extracting meaning out of short texts like
is not something you should need other people for.
Clicking play on an embedded video, that might give you the answer, while even just skimming through it, may also not be something thats too much to ask.
