I'm not intending to add searching. But the source code is on GitHub, so anybody is free to look into adding this feature if they wish. In the meantime, you could perhaps use folders to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

A keyboard on the 3ds is crappy as hell...
Just take some time to browse through your folders or delete homebrew you don't need.
