Many of the well known flashcart designers have released DSi compatible flashcarts. I personally recommend the Acekard 2i, as GBAtemp has got a brilliant team that constantly updates their AKAIO firmware.

A lot of fake R4s and then there's M3i,Acekard 2i,DSTTi and many more
But all flash carts currently only run in ds mode so that means they can't use the extra features in dsi enhanced games
