From a quick look, they don't even have SSL despite the site claiming so (Tried a https url but no dice) so I would strongly advise you don't buy anything from there.
Also their FAQ is broken so you cant even read it, and theres a lot more dodgy parts of it.

So in short, no it's not legit you would end up being scammed

I did a quick check with dev tools and some fake info. There is no encryption of any kind, your credit card information is sent as plain text to their servers in a HTTP header.
Definitely a security issue there.
