Gaming Is Region Free patch possible yet on Xbox360 games?

Is Region Free patch possible yet on Xbox360 games? I have a Japanese iso game that is for Japanes xbox360 only
Is it possible to patch it to make it work on a USA Xbox360 without JTAG or anything, just for DVD DL and ixtreme.
I saw a tutorial on abgx that let's you select all the Regions to make it region free? Does that really works???

The only non JTAG/homebrew method requires use of the CPU key and fiddling with the NAND which requires a measure of homebrew to get in the first place at which point you might as well just do a JTAG hack or more accurately leave it in place.

okay, so there is no way of making xbox360 iso region free with software patches
