PS1/2 is playstation breaker pro esr patchable?

hey guys&girls
I planned on once my console was back together that was it ive installed freemcboot re assembled my console and would love to be able to play my ps1 backups

i was wondering whether if i got an iso of play station breaker pro and esr patched the iso whether it would run and then allow me to play my backed up psx games?

Google PSXLauncher.elf, it will let you load PSX games with FreeMcBoot.

do i need to use a swap for that or can it just natively run psx games?
I ask because i would hate to have to dissemble my ps2 again

It has been a while, but I think you need to swap. Out of curiousity, what makes you think you wouldn't need to swap with breaker pro?

thought i could judt push eject and swap over that way
failing that maybe could i covert the cd iso to a dvd iso and esr patch the psx title and launch it

also don't i need a v9 console to run psxlauncher.elf?

It's all hearsay since I haven't tried any of this. But apparently a v9 is needed, and psx games can't be esr patched.
No idea about esr patching breaker pro.
