Ok. So I have modchipped Switch that worked perfectly. Because I had 16 FW on it, some games stopped to work. I used Daybreak, to install most recent firmware (19), but my tinfoil and games did not work. I updated sigpatches, hekate, atmosphere.... nothing. So I decided to downgrade the switch back to 18. So I did, but I was unaware of blowing fuses.
So now my switch works, but when I boot CFM, I'm getting Failed to match warmboot with fuses!
I can ignore it by pressing power, but I have no sleep mode now, and each time I have to power boot system from scratch.
What can I do now? Is there a way to physically repair fuses?
Restoring from nand will not be a much help, right?
Will updating back to 19, with new sigpatches and atmosphere will be any help?
I don't know what to do :(

You can't reverse/unblow an efuse, it's a microscopic fuse on the soc die, once it's blown you can't undo it.

No, restoring nand backup won't fix it. You should just use 19.0 with latest beta version of atmosphere instead. Could be something wrong with your cfw setup. Read the sigpatch thread if you came from 16.0 as things have changed since 18.0.

Also did you update your emummc or sysmmc?

Just update to FW 19 and install the latest version of Hekate and Atmosphere.
And while you're at it, also grab the latest version of other homebrew apps like tinfoil.

Note that both Hekate and Atmosphere have their own sigpatches.
Copying only 1 folder or putting them in the wrong place does not work.

What do you mean? Are you referring to patched fusee.bin?
They mean if they load via FFS0 or load fusee.bin directly.

If you use ffs0 (Hekate) you need the patches in a different place compared to Atmospheres. Basically, in lay mans terms.

Huh, I didn't know that. When fw17 came out, I just edited the boot entries in hekate_ipl.ini to switch to fss0, and don't recall having to move any patch folders around.

So I updated to 19. The warmboot message disappear, just like problems with sleep mode, but now neither tinfoil or any installed nsp works. I used HATS-1.8.0-prerelease-V1.1.zip as the base, and then downloaded sigpatches here from gbatemp
Hekate+AMS-package3-sigpatches-1.8.0P2-cfw-19.0.0_V5.zip, But still tinfoil and nsp can not be run
When I try update hakate and atmosphere with aio switch updater - I'm getting blue screen :(
What do I miss? Different sigpatches?

Search for @impeeza's guide for upgrading firmware and you will be fine soon.

PS: Upgrading to the latest firmware can sometimes be challenging, but version 1.8 is now mostly stable. While a few users may still encounter minor issues, the update should be smooth for most.

AFAIK Tinfoil isn't updated for 19, you could just use DBI Installer.

https://www.gamebrew.org/wiki/DBI_Switch

If your games are not working there's something wrong with the sigpatches. I would do it manually delete atmosphere folder instead of copy files over it, copy fresh atmosphere found here https://github.com/atmosphere-nx/atmosphere/releases

You mentioned sigpatches but you didn't mention updating Atmosphere, you have to do both but even if you already did and copied over the files, delete the atmosphere folder and install a fresh atmosphere then sigpatches over it.

and then retry

Edit: sorry you are using HATS that has tinfoil for 19, but I found tinfoil a massive PITA and find DBI Installer thousand times easier.

if you are using sthetix's hats aio pack then it already comes with latest sigpatches. Don't overwrite anything, just back up/rename atmosphere/bootloader/switch folders on your sd card and extract the aio pack to the root of sd card, that's it
