Hacking Is my PS3 downgradeable?

Alright, so I have a Slim Ps3 and the model is a 160gb CECH-2501A.

My concern is that there were 2 or 3 different releases of this model and the ones in 2011 can not be downgraded. The bottom of my console says 'Manufactured in July 2010'. Though online I'm seeing that these started in October.

Any help would be appreciated!

All of the PS3's that start with CHECH--25xx use NOR not NAND meaning you can easily downgrade it.

If it does happen to have a minimum firmware of 3.56 you should still be able to get a CFW on it.
