Hacking Is my account also banned if I've been super banned?

I'm thinking of purchasing a new switch for online play, my current switch has been super banned and I wanted to know if I could still use the account on a switch that hasn't been hacked at all.

Is there any way to tell if if the account has been banned? Or is it just a bad idea to even consider using the account on a fresh switch?

No. It shouldn't be automatically.

You can go to Nintendo's website and try to log in.
Also I recommend to remove your liked switch form the account. You can do this in the "Shop" menu item in your account settings in your web browser.
